Tri Pointe Homes, Inc., one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, has announced new home designs and the addition of three model homes to its Lakes at Creekside master-planned community, located in Tomball. Tri Pointe Homes has served the Texas market for 50 years under the name Trendmaker Homes.

Lakes at Creekside’s new single-family homes sit on 45-, 50- and 65-foot sites, with 60-foot sites to be revealed this fall, a press release said.

Homes on the 45- and 50-foot sites offer 13 floor plans ranging in size from 1,865 to 2,976 square feet. One- and two-story designs include three to five bedrooms, two to four bathrooms, and two- or three-bay garages with prices starting from the $340,000s for the 45-foot sites and $360,000s for the 50-foot sites.

The community’s 65-foot lots, priced from the low $500,000s, offer nine customizable floor plans ranging from 2,614 to 3,849 square feet. Buyers can choose between one- or two-story designs with four to five bedrooms, three to four-and-a-half bathrooms and two- to four-bay garages.

“Place and time are nicely aligned for a very exciting home buying opportunity in a prime northwest suburb of Houston,” said Joe Mandola, Tri Pointe Homes Houston Division President, in the release.

All Lakes at Creekside homes feature bright, open layouts with thoughtfully planned spaces and modern interior finishes. In addition, many of the designs offer functional flex rooms that homeowners can use according to their needs and lifestyle.

The community’s amenities include eight sparkling lakes, a recreation center, state-of-the-art fitness center, large swimming pool with two-story slides, covered picnic pavilion, neighborhood playgrounds and pocket parks. The location provides easy access to the Tomball Independent School District, The Woodlands, ExxonMobil Campus and Grand Parkway.

Sales, pre-scheduled appointments and daily walk-in model home tours are currently underway, the release said. Priority groups will form soon for tours of the 60-foot sites.
