Larimer County Judge Juan Villaseñor has set the preliminary hearing for the Fort Collins teen suspected of murdering Todd Stout for March of next year.

Benjamin Zwahlen, 16, was arrested on Aug. 17 for investigation of first-degree murder, a class 1 felony, according to a previous release from FCPS. He remains in the Platte Juvenile Detention Center while he awaits criminal prosecution.

Zwahlen will appear for a status conference at 4 p.m. Dec. 2 and then for a several-day preliminary hearing March 8, 2022.
