The 23-car tour took off from Cedar Rapids Saturday and came to a close at the Antique Car Museum in Coralville Thursday, with stops at the Amana Colonies, Marengo, Stone City, Anamosa and Kalona along the way.
The early 20th century vehicles are still chugging along after more than a hundred years.
Organizers said the early automobiles run off of steam, similar to steam-powered trains.
"We get videoed a lot, we get our pictures taken a lot which is fantastic," Tour Director Mark Culver said. "We encourage that because people need to see these, and cars were meant to be driven and that's what we're doing."
The cars in this collection were built between 1908 to 1917, and Culver tells Iowa's News Now the vehicles can travel one mile per each gallon of water.
