Mexican Independence
In celebration of Mexican Independence Day, Coche Comedor in Amagansett has two special dishes today. Pork and hominy soup with shredded lettuce, radishes, onions, and cilantro is $12, and braised beef short ribs with ancho and pasilla chiles, Mexican pepperleaf, and a corn tamale is $34. 

Tiny Harbor Cafe
Tiny Harbor Cafe on Westlake Drive in Montauk is now offering duck and vegetarian ramen bowls. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating, and is open for dinner from 5 to 9:30 Tuesday through Sunday, and for brunch from 9 to 1:30 on Saturdays and Sundays. 

Lunch and Brunch
Moby's in East Hampton is now serving lunch from noon to 3 on Saturdays and Sundays, and remains open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday from 5 p.m. 

The Watermill Center will hold a brunch with Duke Riley, an artist whose work includes drawings, sculptures, and multimedia installations, from noon to 2 on Sept. 25. Tickets start at $100, and are available on eventbrite.com, by searching the artist's name. Attendees will be required to show proof of vaccination.
