The Dartmouth Mall has officially welcomed its newest tenant into the building, and with a wide array of women's clothing and beyond now available, SouthCoast residents can get ready to shop 'til they drop.

The mall first shared the news that Windsor Fashions, a women's clothing, shoes and accessories store, would be joining the mall's retail lineup last spring, with an expected grand opening for the store in the fall.

Right on schedule, Windsor in Dartmouth opened Thursday morning, taking over the space formerly occupied by Justice, near center court. Although Justice closed all of its locations permanently after its parent company filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy last year, you know what they say: When one door closes, another one opens. In that case, the saying can be taken pretty literal.

After the Dartmouth Mall first announced Windsor's approaching arrival, SouthCoast women were excited to have another shopping option in the region. Not only does Windsor offer casual options, from flannels and denim jeans to tank tops and informal dresses, but the clothing store also carries a wide variety of reasonably-priced semi-formal dresses that are perfect for a night out as a wedding guest or at homecoming or prom.

But who can stop the fun there? Shoppers can complete their look with shoes, jewelry, handbags and more – right at Windsor.

As the SouthCoast heads into event season, Windsor hopes to minimize the stress of finding an affordable dress for any occasion. Take a peek inside the brand-new store:
