SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — After several days of double-digit increases in new COVID-19 cases, South Dakota’s and the Sioux Falls metro area’s case numbers took a drop Wednesday.
That’s according to the New York Times Coronavirus Tracker.
Cases dropped 17% statewide yesterday.
They dropped 21% in Lincoln County and 15% in Minnehaha County during the same period.
During the course of the pandemic, one in six South Dakotans has been infected with the virus.
