Traffic will be slowed on Highway 20 through Port Townsend this week as Washington State Department of Transportation maintenance crews replace outdated traffic signal heads at the highway’s intersection with Kearney Street.
The signal-maintenance project is planned for 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 15 through Thursday, Sept. 16.
Flaggers will alternate traffic through the work zone.
