Anybody been keeping up with lumber prices?

I gave up keeping up with it and just decided to check in on it at 6 months and 1 year from moving in.

Waiting for it to go down so we can use that sweet equity to add the addition to the house

Sept 14 2021 its $454

Yes, that's a 12% increase but the pricing isn't significantly different day to day.

OSB is still pretty expensive right now, especially OSB subfloor. 2x4x8 was almost down to pre-covid when I looked last week.

Plywood is a lot cheaper than OSB right now for some reason.
