Members of Wildlife Rockstars are looking ahead to an appearance at Eastview Mall on Saturday.
The conservation and education program is a part of Bridges for Brain Injury, Inc., which raises awareness and helps people affected by disabilities develop new and build on existing skills.
"I love everything about my job. It's very, very rewarding," said said Sara Saylor, wildlife specialist. "I love coming in and taking care of the animals .... and working with brain-injured survivors is very rewarding. It just teaches you a lot. It's just very inspiring."
The outreach group pairs members with live native and exotic animals, birds, reptiles, and more.
"We are so excited to be back out in a more public setting so please come see us," said Tiffany Joubert, director of wildlife education and development.
