WILLMAR — A 45-year-old man and a 34-year-old woman were arrested Tuesday afternoon on the 500 block of 14th Street Southeast.

As of Wednesday afternoon, both were listed as in custody in the Kandiyohi County Jail awaiting drug charges related to the incident.

WILLMAR — A 29-year-old man and a 33-year-old woman were arrested Wednesday morning during a traffic stop at the intersection of Kandiyohi Avenue Southwest and 11th Street Southwest.

As of Wednesday afternoon, both people were not listed as in custody in the Kandiyohi County Jail.

WILLMAR — A competency hearing was held for Algene Vossen on Friday in a Kandiyohi County District Courtroom to determine his ability to stand trial for a 1974 Willmar homicide. Multiple evaluators gave conflicting reports on Vossen's mental state.
