Sep 15, 2021 | Finance, News

Located in The Shoppes at Sun Mountain, Nuvision Alaska’s Wasilla branch will open in 2022.

Nuvision

Nuvision Alaska Credit Union broke ground this month on its first standalone retail store in Wasilla. Located in a growing commercial district that includes Sonic, Sportsman’s Warehouse and Krispy Kreme, Nuvision will provide area residents, shoppers and visitors convenient access to financial services. The location will be open in 2022 and available to all Nuvision members.

Nuvision Alaska, having served the Mat-Su region as Denali Federal Credit Union since 2005, is upholding its Alaska roots and expanding its investment in the community.

“This branch is a tangible sign of our commitment to our members, and the Mat-Su Valley,” said Nuvision Chief Experience Officer Cathy Dominguez. “It’s a result of successful partnerships in this community with other great businesses and government colleagues.”

The branch will include a drive-through facility, the first for Nuvision in the Valley, and it will also introduce ITMs, “intelligent” ATMs designed to support member needs. Additionally, the new space will house its mortgage department, with a mortgage representative finding a new, permanent home.
