Amica Mutual Insurance worked with Cheetah Digital, EXL Service and Gunderson Direct to design an omnichannel marketing series. The results were huge. The effort, which included three email touchbpoints followed by direct mail, resulted in more than a 50% increase in quotes and policies written compared to just direct mail alone. The effort applied new brand styling and compelling imagery that helped tie the emails to the subsequent direct mail pieces.
