MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Daily Memphian has reported that the former Raymond James Tower on North Front Street will become the Memphis Waterfront Tower and will include more than three-hundred apartment units on the first two floors.
The ownership group says it's converting the building to mixed-use because there isn't as much demand for office space. This being especially with more people working from home because of the pandemic.
