Celia's wedding ceremony is pushing through, but deep down, Rio probably knows that it's not what Celia wants. Rio investigates to see what's really happening within the Kingdom of Beltram.
The season is finally coming to an end soon, and Rio's actions will surely cause a stir in the kingdom.

Spirit Chronicles Episode 11 Recap
Rio and Aishia find out about some of the events that happened prior to the marriage. Celia is marrying Charles Arbor from the House of Arbor, but it is clearly a political marriage and a wedding out of convenience. Charles isn't exactly the best guy out there—he was the one who beat Rio up as a kid when he was being interrogated. Meanwhile, Rio and Aishia investigate the castle so Rio can talk to Celia.
The two finally meet again after four years. Celia is happy to see Rio, who has kept his promise of meeting her again. Rio asks Celia if this wedding is something that she truly wants. She puts up a facade for Rio, saying that she's of age and she can't think about her research forever. In the end, Rio wasn't able to deduce her true feelings.
It's time for the wedding ceremony. Charles and Reiss have a conversation. Before the beginning of the parade, Celia and Charles' other wives talk, where the first wife speaks to her condescendingly. Princess Christina arrives and talks to Celia privately. The two happily catch up.
The parade finally begins. Celia and Charles are on a carriage that will pass by through the kingdom. Aishia talks to Celia telepathically. Celia sees Rio in the crowd, who simply smiles at her. The episode ends at a cliffhanger, with a bunch of soldiers screaming at Rio, who began running towards the carriage.
