AUSTIN, Texas — NASCAR returns to Circuit of The Americas March 25-27, 2022 with the NASCAR Cup Series, Xfinity Series and Camping World Truck Series.
"The action-packed tripleheader will Keep Austin Wheeled with the EchoPark Automotive Texas Grand Prix (NCS), Pit Boss 250 (NXS) and Toyota Tundra 225 (NCWTS)," a news release announcing the event states.
“Our inaugural NASCAR at COTA race weekend was truly an experience like no other,” said Speedway Motorsports President and CEO Marcus Smith. “We’re already planning so much more for fans next season — more fun, more access and more camping. We look forward to working again with COTA CEO Bobby Epstein and his staff to produce another spectacular NASCAR event weekend in Austin for 2022.”
The 3.4 mile-track at COTA features 20 turns, a left switchback that slingshots cars into a 133-foot descent right from the jump and hard braking out of a long, high-speed straight.
Tickets are already on sale here. Each seating area will offer a different experience for racing fans. Three-day weekend packages start at $79 for adults and $10 for kids 12 and under.
