The Small Business Resource Association announced that it has expanded into southcentral Pennsylvania with an office in Elizabethtown, Lancaster County.

A South Central PA Chapter grand opening event including a ribbon cutting will take place Oct. 6 at 5 p.m. followed by an SBRA networking Mingle at 206 S. Market St., Elizabethtown.

Stacey Derck will be the executive director of the SCP Chapter, which will be located at at 206 S. Market St. She is co-owner and  operator of  The Hub on Market, the Hive Etown, EVO 206 Coffee Company, and WhirliGig Unique Boutiques. Members will be invited to join the SCP chapter from  Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Huntington, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Mifflin, Perry, Snyder and York counties.

The SBRA, which recently relocated its headquarters to Spring Township, was organized by Gary Seibert, a business consultant who realized a common need among many of his  clients. These small business owners lacked the time and resources to help themselves navigate through day to-day challenges that were threatening their business success.
