Celebrations are in order for Prince Harry, who turns 37 today.

In honor of the occasion, the royal family sent sweet photos and birthday messages to the Duke of Sussex via social media. The official royal family account featured a collage of Harry in an Instagram Story, along with a message reading, "Wishing the Duke of Sussex a happy birthday today!" Meanwhile, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge commemorated their brother on their official Instagram, sharing a simple headshot and birthday wish, which they also featured on their story.

It's been a big year for Harry. Along with his breakthrough Emmy-nominated interview with Oprah Winfrey, he and Duchess Meghan were just named among TIME's 100 most influential figures, serving as the magazine's cover stars. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were recognized specifically for their activism and philanthropic work. On the list, they join notable figures including Billie Eilish, Simone Biles, Kate Winslet, and Britney Spears.

"They turn compassion into boots on the ground through their Archewell Foundation. They give voice to the voiceless through media production," chef José Andrés wrote in a short essay commemorating the pair. "Hand in hand with nonprofit partners, they take risks to help communities in need—offering mental-health support to black women and girls in the U.S., and feeding those affected by natural disasters in India and the Caribbean."

Despite some tension since Harry's departure from the royal family in January 2020, the duke reunited with his relatives in July for the unveiling of a Princess Diana statue at Kensington Palace on what would have been her 60th birthday. He was spotted alongside his brother, Prince William, for the occasion, and the two appeared happy to reconnect.
