The Deutsche Oper Berlin has canceled its performance of the Best of “la Traviata” on Sept. 15, 2021.

The company announced that “due to bad weather conditions” the final performance of the run would not be able to go on. As a result, the theater will refund or exchange tickets for other performances.

The performance was set to star Mané Galoyan as Violetta, Attilio Glaser as Alfredo, and Markus Brück as Giorgio Germont. Dominic Limburg was set to conduct with Gerlinde Pelkowski directing.

“The Best of La Traviata” opened on Sept. 11 and was performed three times.

The Deutsche Oper Berlin next opens productions of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” “Gotterdammerung,” “Il Barbiere di Siviglia,” and “Die Walkure.”
