Tampa Bay Rays infielder Joey Wendle is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday afternoon's series finale against left-hander Robbie Ray and the Toronto Blue Jays.
The Rays are taking Wendle out of the lineup against the Blue Jays' left-hander. Taylor Walls is replacing Wendle at shortstop and hitting eighth.
