The Town of Normal is putting a closure on the Constitution Trail under the Towanda Avenue Bridge between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Tuesday through Wednesday. This closure, located near the East Vernon Ave. and Towanda Ave. intersection, is part of the Towanda Avenue Bridge Repair project.

Traffic heading south will be redirected between Von Maur Drive and Vernon Avenue on Towanda.
