Russell Westbrook shows off new blue hair at annual Met Gala originally appeared on NBC Sports Washington
Former Wizard Russell Westbrook was spotted Monday at the annual star-studded Met Gala, a fundraising event for The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute in New York City. Westbrook donned a snazzy blue suit and matched his threads with his hair:

Westbrook appears to be honoring the United States with his star-spangled 'do. He will eventually have to travel 3,000 miles from NYC to L.A. in the coming weeks to reunite with his new team. Washington shipped the star point guard to the Lakers this summer in a blockbuster trade, meaning Westbrook will be part of a veteran core in L.A. that includes LeBron James and Anthony Davis.
