TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) —
The Humane Society of Tulsa has rescued eight puppies and their mom from under a pile of trash Tuesday afternoon.

The puppies are so young they do not have their eyes open yet.
Two Tulsa Police Department employees saved the animals and alerted HST.
