Apple Fitness + introduces new exercise types, and group workouts
Apple Fitness + has introduced new pilates, and guided meditation. These will join the existing work out types to help offer more options for those looking to do pilates and meditation. This is also joined with ski and snow sports with workouts to help train and get ready for snow season!
Lastly, group workouts join Fitness +, with the power of share-play. You can now workout as a group using an iPad, Apple TV and iPhone, with contacts using the FaceTime share-play technology.
The new workouts will be released later this month, and share-play capabilities and group workouts will be coming later this Autumn.
