Married At First Sight's Coco Stedman doesn't look like this anymore! Reality star debuts a dramatic surgical enhancement months after the show

Married At First Sight star Coco Stedman has revealed the dramatic results of a lip lift.

The Pilates instructor looked unrecognisable as she showcased her fuller-looking, higher lips in several pictures on Instagram this week.

Her prominent pout was on display as she posed in a hoodie by Justin Bieber's Drew House brand, an on-trend bucket hat and orange-tinted oversized sunglasses.

'Full transparency - I didn't get my lips done. I got a lip lift. You can ask me anything you want about it,' she told her fans, adding she's still going through the healing procedure. 

'If you're thinking about getting one, but if you're a Karen whose against surgery etc jog on,' she added.

A lip lift is an in-office surgical procedure that shortens the space between the nose and the top of the lip, according to healthline. 

It is favoured by people looking to increase the height of the lips, but not the volume which is usually done through fillers.

It comes after Coco debuted her cropped blonde hairstyle back in August.  

She donned a playful wig in May from a rubber mask she had playfully named 'Serena' while taking part in a first-aid course.

Coco had featured the mask in several comedic Instagram posts at the time, one of which showed 'Serena' wearing a blonde wig and fake eyelashes. 

The former brunette also changed up her style back in March and debuted a head of bright red hair on Instagram. 

At the time she said: 'Variety is the spice of life, isn't it? I've been brown, blonde and I just wanted to, like, try something else.

'I don't really care if you say that you liked it better before. 'Cause like, why not?'

Coco stirred up controversy on this year's season of Married At First Sight when she had a fling with Cameron Dunne.
