The Arab American National Museum (AANM) will host its Grand Gala, themed Rajeen Ya Hawa: To Gather Again, at The Henry in Dearborn.

Presented by the Friends of AANM, the Grand Gala celebrates AANM’s singular role as the first and only museum dedicated to telling the Arab American story.

This year, the gala will welcome the National Arab Orchestra, featuring vocalists Usama Baalbaki and Nibal Malshi, as entertainment for the evening.

The Grand Gala is more than a fundraiser; it is a festive reunion of our resilient Arab American community and a celebration of strength and hope. Despite a range of challenges since the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, AANM has continued to provide free and accessible online educational and cultural programming to keep the Arab American community-engaged, connected, and safe.

Due to the recent rise in COVID-19 cases, particularly the highly contagious Delta variant, AANM respectfully asks that all Gala attendees be fully vaccinated before attending the event. Attendees should plan to provide proof of vaccination upon arrival at the event. Wearing face masks will be optional, though strongly encouraged.
