Khabib Nurmagomedov’s manager has attributed Conor McGregor’s red carpet beef with Machine Gun Kelly to his defeat to the Russian back in October 2018.

Footage went viral on social media on Monday after McGregor was seen shoving, shouting and throwing a drink at rapper-cum-punk rock artist Machine Gun Kelly at the VMAs.

It’s one of countless public encounters of this nature that McGregor has been involved in. We really shouldn’t be surprised at this point when he kick-offs over very little.

The question on everyone’s mind has been as to WHY McGregor decided to start arguing with Machine Gun Kelly, and the answer is not actually definitive at this point in time.

As reported by the Mirror, there have been claims that McGregor asked ‘MGK’ for a picture, a request which was rejected, with the Irishman not taking it well.

However, that is unconfirmed at this point in time.

As the report notes, Khabib Nurmagomedov’s manager, Ali Abdelaziz, has provided an alternative explanation, “Khabib changed this man for life.”

What Abdelaziz fails to recognise is that McGregor was every bit as combative and short-fused before the fight with Khabib as he is after it…
