Actor Jeff Bridges says he’s in remission from lymphoma, and recovering after a bout with COVID-19.

Bridges, in a handwritten note on his website Monday, said "My cancer is in remission – the 9" x 12” mass has shrunk down to the size of a marble" and "my COVID is in the rear view mirror.

“COVID kicked my ass pretty good,” continued the 71-year-old "Big Lebowski," "Crazy Heart" and "Tron" star, "but I’m double vaccinated & feeling much better now."

Bridges first announced he was being treated for lymphoma in October 2020, saying at the time that his prognosis was good. He said that he’s been working with his therapist and focusing on getting off an oxygen machine that helps him move, and that his goal was to walk his daughter Hayley down the aisle at her wedding.

That goal, he continued, was met, and without the assistance of oxygen.

Now, Bridges said, he’s excited to return to production of the upcoming TV series “The Old Man.”

“It’s lookin good,” he wrote.
