LeBron James was quick to commend Lamar Jackson after the former MVP seemingly took ownership of their crushing OT loss against the Las Vegas Raiders. Jackson had a crucial turnover late in the game as the Baltimore Ravens battled it out against the hosting Raiders on Monday which eventually caused his team the crushing loss.

The Los Angeles Lakers star immediately tipped his hat to Jackson after noticing that the signal-caller was quick to admit that this L was on him.

“Lamar said ‘that's on me'. Accountability. Love it!” James tweeted.

It was a tough loss for the Ravens as they seemed to have control of the game for the majority of the evening. Jackson led the way for the Ravens with a few key plays down the stretch that helped put his team in a winning position. Baltimore broke the deadlock twice in the fourth quarter – the latter came with just 30 seconds left in the ball game after Justin Tucker converted a 46-yard field goal to give the Ravens a three-point lead. But, the Raiders took full advantage of their home turf as Derek Carr helped his squad tie the game in regulation.

In OT, it was basically anybody's ball game, and Jackson's huge fumble after being sacked by Carl Nassib ended up being the biggest play of the evening for the Raiders as they went on to score a walk-off TD with three minutes left in OT.

Despite the 0-1 start to their 2021 NFL season, it's good to see that Jackson is taking full responsibility as the team's leader. Something that LeBron James knows a thing or two about.
