Chelsea warned they would have to lodge a HUGE bid of £100m in order to land West Ham's England midfield star Declan Rice next summer

Chelsea have reportedly been told that they must submit an offer in excess of £100 million to take Declan Rice away from West Ham next summer.

Chelsea are amongst other clubs including Manchester United and Manchester City who are interested in signing the English midfielder.

Rice has rejected two offers to extend his contract with the East London club this summer as he believes that in the long-term, he wants to be part of a squad who are regularly taking part in the Champions League.

Rice, who left Chelsea as a youth player, has enjoyed a successful four seasons in East London

According to Football London, the club are yet to receive a bid for the Englishman however £100 million is the minimum offer that they would accept which would watch the amount that Manchester City paid for Jack Grealish.
