The Baltimore Ravens and Las Vegas Raiders faced off on Monday Night Football to begin the 2021 NFL season. The Ravens, of course, have been ravaged big time by injuries and were forced to turn to rookie running back Ty'Son Williams.

Well, Williams surely made Lamar Jackson happy as he started off the scoring with a 35-yard touchdown run to start the scoring for the evening.

The Ravens rookie was an afterthought as they had both JK Dobbins and Gus Edwards along with Justice Hill. But, all three suffered season-ending injuries, and in turn, the Ravens signed Latavius Murray, Devonta Freeman, and Le'Veon Bell.

But, it is Williams who is leading the backfield for now and is already off to an impressive start on Monday Night Football against the Raiders. It is his first career touchdown as well, so he will definitely keep that football.

The Ravens have a ton of talent, but they also lost Marcus Peters in just an unreal turn of events and are turning to the next guys on deck, and so far it seems to be working. As long as Lamar Jackson is out there running the show for their offense, they have a good shot.
