Hollyoaks will resolve another mystery next week as the truth about Cher McQueen's online friend is revealed.
Cher (Bethannie Hare) has been exchanging messages with someone who's using the name 'Jade' in recent months. She has become increasingly reliant on their advice while experiencing troubles with her family.
In next week's episodes, Cher continues to stay with the Cunninghams after being rejected by the McQueens.
Tom (Ellis Hollins) is unhappy over her lack of contribution around the house. Cher starts to realise that she may be outstaying her welcome when she overhears Tom arguing with his wife Yazz (Haiesha Mistry) about it.

Cher soon puts on a front to Tom and Yazz, making out that her dad Sylver (David Tag) – who is due home from hospital – has forgiven her and invited her back to The Dog.
As this isn't really the case, it's unclear where Cher will be able to go now.
While on her way to see Sylver, Cher bumps into creepy Timmy (Sam Tutty), who breaks some shocking news to her.
Romeo Nightingale (Owen Warner) also crosses paths with Cher and offers her somewhere to stay, as well as some advice. Unfortunately, the interaction takes an awkward turn when Cher mistakenly assumes that Romeo is taking her back.

As recent events take their toll, Cher hits rock bottom and the final straw comes when she fails to sneak into The Loft for somewhere to stay.
Things take a dangerous turn for Cher as she has nowhere to go. Sylver considers giving her another chance, but it may already be too late when Bobby shows him a tweet from Cher which hints at her troubled state of mind.
In the aftermath, a guilt-ridden Sylver tries to avoid his problems, while the identity of 'Jade' is finally revealed…
Hollyoaks airs these scenes on Wednesday, September 22 and Thursday, September 23 at 6.30pm on Channel 4. Selected omnibus episodes are available via Amazon Prime Video.
