Indians ace Shane Bieber will make a rehab appearance Tuesday in Toledo for Triple-A Columbus, pitching 2-3 innings for the Clippers in his first game action since mid-June.
Bieber, sidelined for nearly three months with a strained subscapularis muscle in his right shoulder, will be limited to 40-45 pitches per Cleveland’s president of baseball operations, Chris Antonetti.
