BREAKING: Judge Denies Motion to Block Murphy Mask Mandate in Schools

A judge has denied a motion filed by a group of parents to block Governor Murphy’s mask mandate in schools.

The group, called Free NJ Kids, had filed the suit arguing that mask mandates hurt children more than they help them.

“These orders really hurt and affect children,” said Free NJ Kids attorney Bruce Afran prior to the judge’s denial of their motion. “It’s easy for an adult to wear a mask in a supermarket, but it’s also impossible for any child of any age — even high school kids — to spend six to 12 hours a day masked.”

The group has said that if the judge denies their motion, as he has now done, they will “immediately file an appeal with the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals.”

  1. This is the Democratic State of New Jersey. Did anyone expect a different out come? A democratic Judge will never over rule a Democrat Governor!

  2. Follow the science. Follow the science. Follow the science. Wait, don’t follow the science because it doesn’t fit into our leftist agenda.

The fact is that BH kids are almost immune to this. The percentage of kids getting the Wuhan virus or transmitting it are almost none. Follow the science except for when it goes against my leftist ideology.
