Maryland reported 1,103 new coronavirus cases and 13 virus-related deaths Monday, according to the state health department.
COVID-19-related hospitalizations decreased by 7 to 802. Of those currently hospitalized, 205 are in intensive care.
Since the outset of the pandemic in March 2020, there have been roughly 512,000 total confirmed coronavirus cases and 9,964 deaths in the state.
So far, roughly 3.8 million Marylanders have been fully vaccinated, according to a state-run online tracker. Overall, 82.2% of all adults in the state have received at least one dose of the vaccine.
