The rapper, 30, was collecting the honors for his single Franchise (with Young Thug and M.I.A.) at New York City's Barclays Center on Sunday evening.
'I first want to thank God, my mom, Stormi,' the Houston native said. 'All the amazing fans out there, I love you all so much. We couldn't do it without you all.'
At the award show for the music network, Scott donned an all-black ensemble of a top, shirt and slacks.
He ended his speech, 'Before I go, I just want to tell you all, love is the biggest thing that we could ever hold. Spread love, and everything will be OK. Everybody to your left and to your right is your friends. I love you all so much!'
In the category, Scott prevailed amid of group of nominees that included Cardi B with Megan Thee Stallion (WAP), Drake with Lil Durk (Laugh Now Cry Later), Polo G (RAPSTAR), Moneybagg Yo (Said Sum) and Lil Baby with Megan Thee Stallion (On Me remix).
He was also nominated for Best Direction for Franchise, but Lil Nas X won for MONTERO (Call Me By Your Name).
Jenner, 24, who's mother to their three-year-old daughter and expecting another child with the award-winning rapper, lauded Scott's victory on her Instagram Stories, with a shot of him accepting the award.
An insider told Page Six on Sunday that Jenner 'was never [planning on] going' to rhw award show, despite being seen in the Big Apple last week.
The Kylie Cosmetics entrepreneur was seen on multiple outings for New York Fashion Week, including LaQuan Smith's show at the Empire State Building.
According to the outlet, the pair are slated to attend Monday evening's Met Gala together, which they previously have in 2018 and 2019.
Jenner and Scott have been linked since April of 2017, but had a breakup in October of 2019 before reuniting earlier in 2021.
