Fraley (shoulder) was slated to play in the outfield during Triple-A Tacoma's game against Sacramento on Sunday, but the contest was postponed by rain.
Fraley thus missed a chance to test his shoulder on defense after coming through Saturday's game, in which he filled the designated hitter role without setbacks. It remains to be seen if the Mariners will want to wait things out and have Fraley suit up for at least one game in the field for the Rainiers before deeming him ready for activation, but further clarity should be gleaned on that front sometime Monday.
