TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — On Friday, Florida A&M University honored civil rights power couple Robert and Trudie Perkins with a street dedication.
Robert and Trudie fought to improve the lives of African Americans and worked noble professions in Tallahassee.
Robert and Trudie Perkins Way will be replacing Gamble Street on what would've been their 75th wedding anniversary.
