Phillips (ankle) went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run, two walks and a stolen base in Sunday's 8-7 extra-innings loss to Detroit.

The 27-year-old was productive throughout the contest, his first since Aug. 29 after he spent two weeks on the injured list with a sprained ankle. Phillips is up to a .216/.316/.423 slash line with 11 homers, 14 steals, 37 RBI and 45 runs scored through 258 plate appearances. The outfielder isn't expected to see an everyday role now that he's healthy, but he can fill in across the outfield as needed.
