Henry William Fahrlander, 64, was charged with driving while intoxicated, passing an emergency vehicle and causing bodily injury, The Dallas Morning News reported, citing Dallas County online jail records.

The impact of the crash, in the back of one squad car, caused the first vehicle to hit the second squad car, according to KXAS.

Dallas officers were stopped at the scene of a wreck at about 2:45 a.m. CDT, KXAS reported. Two squad cars were stopped to guard the area of the crash when Fahrlander allegedly crashed into one of them, the television station reported.

There were no injuries, but one Dallas officer who was sitting in the first squad car was taken to an area hospital as a precaution, police told the television station.

Fahrlander’s bail was set at $4,000, online records show.
