Interesting idea: trying to make employers liable for side effects of taking the Covid vaccine. So doesn’t it follow that employers should also be liable if their employees get Covid at work? Require people to get vaccines and pay for the consequences. Fail to require vaccines and pay for the consequences, which in fact are far more likely to happen and to be more severe. Maybe this is a road employers won’t want to go down.
