vitamin d didn't prevent me from catching covid but I believe it prevented it from becoming severe along with vitamins c..a..zinc..magnesium and quercetin, also mucinex helped too and Tylenol ( well, it dulled the eye pain anyway ). Now if i can get my smell and taste back all the way that would be great 👍 but I thank GOD too

I understand people reacting to this remarkable discovery by taunting Vitamin C but this is major news. First, Vitamin D is not a "Vitamin" like B, C, E, ect, it's not even a Vitamin. Although, referred as a vitamin since it's vital to life, it's actually a HORMONE. Therefore, there is NO comparison between C & D. Remember reactions to anything drugs, insects, etc result in an overreacting of our immune system , Cytokine storm, and it can turn deadly in minutes. Knowing Vitamin D could save your life at any moment, why talk Vitamin C? Get your Vitamin D lab test & ask your doctor about taking Vitamin D keeping in mind it takes 3 to 4 months to build up in your system. I'm no fan of Dr Fauci, but he takes 8,000 IU Vitamin D per day because he knows about survival of the fittest.

Vitamin C kills covid too. It doesnt like warmth which is the reason why numbers are low in the warmer months. Drink hot tea, take hot showers, take 1000 mgs of vitamin C and eat lemons and juice until symptoms go away. This method works. It is safest method.
