A person was injured and airlifted to Greenville Memorial Hospital after a boat collided with an upper train trestle near Trestle Road on Lake Greenwood Saturday.Greg Lucas with South Carolina's Department of Natural Resources said the incident happened in the early morning hours, and the accident is under investigation.
