Marte got the Athletics on the board early with a solo homer off Texas starter Wes Benjamin. Since coming to Oakland, Marte has posted some ridiculous numbers. He has a .342 average with 20 RBI and an astounding 22 steals over 38 games. He'll command a pretty penny in free agency this winter.
