McLeod’s Appearances

Goalkeeper Erin McLeod entered the match in the 67th minute this past Sunday for teammate Ashlyn Harris. The appearance served as the Olympic Gold Medalist’s 50th cap in NWSL play, with three of those coming with the Pride. McLeod had stints with both the Chicago Red Stars and Houston Dash before signing with Orlando in 2020.

The Equalizer

Taylor Kornieck scored her second goal of the season against the Dash when she got her head on the end of a corner kick from Meggie Dougherty Howard and placed the ball out of reach of Dash goalkeeper Jane Campbell. Both of Kornieck’s goals this season have come after the 65th minute to equalize the score, with both securing draws for the Pride. Kornieck also scored against Racing Louisville in the 2021 Challenge Cup this past April when the two teams met in the first match of the season.

Krieger’s Caps

During Krieger’s NWSL career, the defender has recorded five goals, nine assists and has been voted to the NWSL’s Best XI three times.
