Ronaldo signed a two-year deal to return to the club in August. He played for the club from 2003 to 2009, winning eight major trophies and establishing himself as a megastar of international soccer.

Saturday, he got the start for United, and fans were excited to see No. 7 return after 18 years.

Ronaldo soon made an impact in his first start, scoring a tap-in goal for United in the 46th minute and putting in a second goal early in the second half.
