Indiana Attorney General Rokita vows to aggressively fight Biden vaccination orders

Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita is considering how he might challenge Pres. Biden’s orders that make businesses with 100 or more employees responsible for making their employees take the COVID-19 vaccine. He said in an interview with WIBC’s Tony Katz that Congress helped create Biden’s path for the mandates.

“The Congress has ceded its lawmaking authority over time to these unelected bureaucrats in these ever-growing agencies,” he said.

Rokita referred to the administrations having agencies like OSHA, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, invoke emergency powers to enforce the mandate, and force businesses to either comply or face heavy fines.

“There’s ultimately no cure for this other than Congress getting off their butts and having the guts to take back that authority,” he said. “I will fight, like another governor said from another state, to the gates of hell on that issue. Whether or not we’re gonna win, that’s another game.”

Rokita said he believes Biden is taking advantage of the power that the agencies have accumulated.

“This is not an emergency. That’s when like a toxic spill or something occurs at a business,” he said. “So, they’re misapplying the emergency power that Congress gave them.”

Rokita said he’s having conversations with other attorneys in his office, as well as other attorneys general, to determine what angle may give them the best chance at winning and stopping the orders. He said another option might be to see how to stop the president from leveraging the Medicaid system.

“He’s using the Medicaid dollars. He’s threatening those, holing back those from our health care system, which just every part of our health care system takes.”

Rokita said he would be aggressive in fighting the policies.

It’s not an emergency? Another 250,000 have died since Biden took office, and 1500 are dying every day. It is an emergency.

Thank you Todd for fighting for we Hoosiers who voted for you. Shockingly enough I must also say thank you to Gov. Holcomb because believe it or not he is one of the 21 Republican Governors who are fighting against the vax idiots in DC. Look up the list and he is really on it. Thank you to both of you. Everyone else get off your butts and call your congress reps and senators, you too can play a part in your own defense.

Rokita seems to be on the right side of things more often than not. Holcomb is decidedly “meh” at best, RINO at worst. Hopefully next go round we get a conservative fighter for Governor!

Go Todd Go!!!

Dopey King Xo the Moronic has trashed our sacred US Constitution, Amended. He has no authority to do most of what he tries to do without The People through their representatives in Congress. How ironic that Congress and their staff are EXEMPT from the Covid shot mandate. I call it a shot because it is not a vaccine. You can still get Covid even after getting the so called vaccine. All those vaccines you got as a child have prevented yo ufrom getting the horrible infections of the past. Covid “vaccine” not so much.
