Hines will now be tied to Indy until 2024, and although he's pretty much locked into a third-down role, the Colts committing this much money to Hines is a great sign that they believe in his talent. Hines has fantasy value due to his usage as not only a third-down running back but also as a pass catcher in the slot. It will be interesting to see how he's used this season, as if he begins to earn 6-8 targets a game along with a few carries, he could work his way into a solid flex role in deeper PPR leagues.
