Chaos Walking, starring Spider-Man's Tom Holland and Star Wars' Daisy Ridley, is now available to stream on Prime Video.
Amazon Prime Video UK confirmed the new addition to the line-up on Twitter on Friday (September 10), sharing a snap from the movie and writing: "Erm, @TomHolland1996 and Daisy Ridley in a new dystopian action movie? Yes please... #ChaosWalking (streaming now)."
The film follows Todd Hewitt (played by Holland) on his travels when he sees a strange girl named Viola (Ridley). She has crashed onto this unknown world where all women have disappeared.
When Viola's life is put at risk, Todd promises to protect her from the danger in his world, which means that he is forced to confront himself and his fears in order to find out about the dark secrets that exist there.
Based on Patrick Ness's 2008 novel The Knife of Never Letting Go, Chaos Walking is co-written by Ness and Christopher Ford, while Doug Liman directed the project.
The cast also includes Mads Mikkelsen, Demián Bichir, Cynthia Erivo, Nick Jonas, Kurt Sutter and David Oyelowo.
Chaos Walking wrapped filming way back in 2017 but suffered numerous delays before finally being released this April.
The film endured numerous reshoots, which weren't completed until 2019 due to the busy schedules of the two lead actors.
Meanwhile, Holland will next be seen in the highly-anticipated Spider-Man: No Way Home, which hits cinemas in December.
The film's first trailer was released last month and broke Marvel records, but Holland has promised there are more surprises to come.
Speaking after the trailer was released last month, Holland told fans via his Instagram Stories: "The love and support you guys have shown for the film is so exciting. Honestly, that is just the tip of the iceberg. You have no idea what else is to come.
"I'm so excited to share more with you guys and it feels so good. It feels so good to be back with Spider-Man, to be showing you trailers, to have films coming out, this is so exciting."
Spider-Man: Far From Home is available now on DVD, Blu-ray and digital download. Spider-Man: No Way Home has a December 17, 2021 release date.
