Every Lakers' player rating on NBA 2K22

The latest installment of the NBA 2K franchise is available in NBA 2K22, and with it, the annual tradition of looking at updated player ratings.

For the Los Angeles Lakers, LeBron James and Marc Gasol were two players who had their ratings revealed before the initial release date.

James’ rating is tied for the top spot in the league along with Kevin Durant of the Brooklyn Nets, Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors and Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks.

Gasol is one of the highest-rated players from Spain along with Ricky Rubio of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Juancho Hernangomez of the Boston Celtics.

So how did the rest of the roster fare? Let’s take a look:

LeBron James: 96

The 36-year-old veteran boasts the highest ranking in the game. He was a 98 overall in 2K21.

Anthony Davis: 93

Anthony Davis starts at 93 overall. Davis started 2K21 at 96 overall, though injuries derailed half of his 2021-22 campaign.

Russell Westbrook: 86

The newest star in L.A. is rated 86 overall. He was 88 overall with the Washington Wizards in 2K21.

Carmelo Anthony: 78

Dwight Howard: 78

Kendrick Nunn, L.A.’s biggest signing in free agency (excluding re-signing Talen Horton-Tucker), is a 78 overall. He was a 76 in 2K21 with the Miami Heat.

Malik Monk: 76
