After spending the last year in Puerto Rico, a central Illinois business is making its way back home.

Twyford BBQ and Catering announced on Monday that they will be returning soon.

"Sometimes life hands you an unexpected opportunity," the business owner wrote.

Twyford BBQ & Catering owner Randy Twyford announced in September of last year they were taking their business to Puerto Rico.

Last year, Twyford said the move was due to "the current state of economic affairs in Illinois, as well as the invasion on wind turbines in Eastern Morgan County."

On Monday, Twyford said he was approached by an area restauranteur in Puerto Rico who wanted to buy his business to expand their own.

Twyford says their BBQ Food Truck will be on the road soon.
